Over three rounds of perfect Caribbean weather, Bob Currey of Boston, MA and Larry Derito of Jupiter, FL teamed up to win their second consecutive Better Ball of Pairs Championship at the spectacular Casa de Campo Resort in the Dominican Republic February 3-6, 2008. This was the first visit for ASGA to Casa de Campo and the Resort met with exceptional reviews from the members in attendance, this is certainly a destination that will appear in future years on the schedule! Ranked among the top 30 courses in the world, Teeth of the Dog more than lived up to it’s reputation. The dramatic Dye Fore course, perched high atop the cliffs of the Chavon River, presented players with spectacular views and equally challenging golf holes.
